Dr. Kafali is a fine doctor for basic annual needs, but if you want more information from your provider than the basics, she might not be the right fit. It was unpleasant and nerve-wracking when I tried to ask her questions or speak, and she would constantly interrupt me. She was also dismissive of information that I was genuinely concerned about and provided no reassurance as to her dismissiveness. Dr Kafali is an EXCELLENT doctor! She was recommended to me by another gynecologist when I was having fertility issues about 15 years ago. She delivered both my kids ages 12 and 5. She knows me inside and out (LITERALLY)! I’ve seen a whole different set of office personnel. They are, for the most part, excellent as well. A few not so good have come and gone (fast). i had a very frustrating experience with dr kafali - she was VERY rushed and inattentive and made me feel uncomfortable. also i’m not sure why they don’t have a lab onsite - i paid for this visit just to be sent to a walgreens lab and had to pay for bloodwork there as well. the hassle and extra costs weren’t worth it at all, it would’ve been better to go to my pcp or even an urgent care.

the staff at the reception desk are amazing, they're accommodating and very sweet. however, dr kafali is the worst doctor ever, has no regard at all for her patients. she won't show up to your surgeries when she's supposed to. had an appt to get my birth control taken out and she barely wanted to try, gave up in just a few minutes saying it was too hard to get out and to reschedule.
