This is the best IUD removal/insert experience I’ve had. They take the pain of the procedure very seriously and provide actual medication to alleviate pain. Dr. Moore talks through everything that is happening as he is performing the procedure and the pain and side effects are minimal due to the care they take.

I guess I paid money to just cry. Dr. Moore told me my only option was to cold turkey quit my estrogen (I'm only 34), with no regard for menopause symptoms. And then he was visibly frustrated with me when I pushed back, had concerns and wanted to ask more questions. He does not listen with an empathetic ear, only filtering your responses through what he's done in the past and saying it still works. Do not see Dr. Michael Moore. initially it seemed like he was listening to us, until I asked a question. He became defensive, I asked why he was irritated, I was told it was because I wasn't being receptive. I told him how frustrating this whole process has been been for my daughter and how difficult it is for me to see her health get worse and worse. I stated what I understood about how he wanted to treat my daughter and he lashed out. I told him I didn't think that we were a good fit and ended the meeting. do not go here if you have questions.
