I loved the doctors and staff when I was first started there a few years ago. This past year other than Dr. Lydia Miller the ARNP’s and nurses seem like they are phoning it in and know less than google. I had to advocate for myself and ask for basic labs. I feel like the quality of the doctors has gone downhill. Office staff is so great though unfortunately I left and found new doctor.

When I have had appointments here I consistently left feeling uneasy and without clear direction. I came in with numbness in my hands and was told “I don’t know what that is,” without much explanation or a plan. When I asked about acupuncture, I was told “maybe try that,” which didn’t feel like real medical guidance. I appreciate the medical professionals here, they listen and don’t belittle symptoms because you’re a woman. We’ve all had doctors not listen to us, and this place provides quality care and passion behind what they do.

Would not recommend! Was recommended an IUD which was placed not far enough up causing bleeding and severe cramping for a month. It was removed and the physician would not even help or discuss other options. I was told to make another appt if I wanted to discuss other options and refused to discuss at this appt. Can’t get another appt for about 3weeks. Horrible experience and will not return
