While the care has been fine, the management of time is not. I have had 4 appointments at this office now over the last several months and have not once been called back on time, nor seen the doctor within 2 hours of my scheduled appointment time. Whether the gap in the timing of patient care is due to scheduling issues, time management of doctors/staff, or something else, it is unreasonable to expect individuals to spend 2-3 or more hours of their day waiting for an appointment that lasts 15-20 minutes max.
The doctor, nurses and the entire staff were friendly, professional and down to earth. Office work flow needs to be analyzed through. I was told to be there 15 minutes before my 11:15 am appointment, which I was, but I wasn’t called back until 11:40. The medical assistant talked to me for about 10 minutes and left. She came back at 12:20 and said the doctor would see me next. He came in at 12:45. I had been there for nearly two hours before I was seen. Great people but unacceptable process.
