The doctor, nurses and the entire staff were friendly, professional and down to earth. Office work flow needs to be analyzed through. I was told to be there 15 minutes before my 11:15 am appointment, which I was, but I wasn’t called back until 11:40. The medical assistant talked to me for about 10 minutes and left. She came back at 12:20 and said the doctor would see me next. He came in at 12:45. I had been there for nearly two hours before I was seen. Great people but unacceptable process.
Dr. Lybarger has great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I am so glad I found him and Christy to help guide me through this difficult time.
My experience was just exceptional.
