This is our third installation of windows using AWS, which completed the project of replacing all the windows in our home. Service was professional and the process was made painless (less than a month from ordering to installation). Easy to work with, great service, and the attention to detail and quality of the work was excellent.
Dennis and the Advanced Window team were amazing! Dennis came out, provided a few different quotes for windows and doors. We ended up moving forward with the doors. The team let us know when the doors were available, set up an installation date, and were timely on their installation. Everyone I worked with was amazing! We plan to have windows installed this year and will 100% use Advanced Window and Door! They are one of the few businesses that still has a strong emphasis on service!
Great service from end to end. No pushy sales for our initial appointment and the pricing was fair. Smooth and straight forward process after that and product is great. We had the whole house done for our windows and we can definitely tell the difference! 15 windows and patio door removed and all new installed within two days for our project! Recommend every time, give them a call.
Update- We have had Dennis and his team back out twice more and each time has been great. We had basement windows replaced and then recently had our sliding glass along with a couple windows on the first floor replaced. We LOVE the door. When we make plans to update our house, we check to see if AWS provides that service and if they do, we will always go with them. 10 stars.
