Great Local Product – I didn't know where to start when it came to replacing my windows. A friend told me to get a couple quotes, so I set up three. After the first two, I was exhausted. Both sales people were very pushy and stayed for OVER 2 hours! I didn't know if I could make it through the third appointment. Great windows in both homes – I had Advanced Windows replace all the windows in two of my homes and have been very happy with the windows and the awesome guy who installed them! I did the windows in my first house over 15 years ago, and was very happy, and had the windows and sliding doors in my current home replaced about eight years ago and everything is still working great. Could not get to past Crystal to talk to supervisor. – We ordered window's from this company was not really thrilled with the work but tried to get the screens off and the plastic handles broke when trying to pull them up. We had 10 windows put in and can not get any of the screens off without bending the frame. Talked to Crystal who said just bend all of them up and bring them in that they would replace them. We had 19 windows installed 9 months ago. The biggest issue we had was the replacement of our three big front windows. We asked for a 2/3--1/3 split, but instead 1/2-1/2 windows were installed. Our salesman told us he would pay to have them fixed, so we were very happy with that. However, we were told they'd be completed in 8-10 weeks, and they weren't. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - DISHONEST, POOR QUALITY – READ MY EXPERIENCE AND BUYER BEWARE: First off, everything seemed great during the initial sales presentation. Their price seemed competitive with other bids I have, they appeared professional, helped me understand all the rebate programs that I would be getting, etc. So in early October I signed a contract to have new windows installed in my home. great customer service – I had quite a few windows installed by mark b. and the customer service was awesome! the windows look so nice and everything was clean, he was on time and very knowledgeable, he made me feel very comfortable having him do our windows. I would defiantly recommend Advanced to my friends and tell them to ask for mark b!

Highly Recommend This Company – Just had 13 new windows installed today. * Gerald the salesman was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. * Installers were fantastic! Friendly, efficient, cleaned up when finished, explained everything. * Windows are amazing! From start to finish, we enjoyed this process and would recommend Advanced Window Products to anyone.

deceptive and misleading at all levels – The salesman, Gerald, promised us delivery and installation in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks had passed, we called customer service and they told us it would be more like 6-8 weeks. At that point we asked for our money back because we felt they had lied to us. They said they could not refund the money, the contract was "solid" and they did not need to refund our money. They said to contact Gerald.
