We had a service technician come out to one of our jobsites to deal with an issue on a 3-panel hinged door unit. We could not resolve the issue ourselves. Fortunately, the service technician was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He worked on the door for about an hour, trying various things to resolve the problem.
