We can’t say enough wonderful things about our service technician from Advanced Wildlife & Pest Control. He’s been working with our family since July and continues to exceed expectations in every aspect of his job. He’s always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, both before and after treatments, and has even adjusted his schedule on short notice to accommodate us. His prices are very reasonable. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I recommend their services.
I first called Bill, for a groundhog digging/hiding under our porch towards the house, around 8 friday morning, he was at the house with the trap set by 2! the ground hog hid until tuesday night, bill came back out wednesday morning and set a second trap, he was caught that night! Would 100% call for any more pesky suckers!!!
I had the most unprofessional transaction with this business. The worker left before the work was finished promising to return. 3 1/2 months later I called to get the rest of the job finished. It took about.month later to get.the rest of the work done. I was charged an extra $89 for this work. it was our understanding that we had already paid in full. I received no receipt. I was threatened with a lien if I did not pay. I was verbally abused on the phone and in texts. I highly recommend that you not use this company.
I called on a Saturday and left a message. I received a call back the same day and service set up for Monday to remove baby raccoons from my attic. The job was done professionally with everything put back in place that needed to be removed to gain access. Very reasonable priced and excellent service.
