I just love AW. The workouts are always great (and challenging!) and the staff is incredibly knowledgable. The atmosphere is friendly and not at all intimidating. I look forward to my workouts every week.
I have never been a gym person, or considered myself into fitness, until now. The vibe at AW is awesome. Low stress, not intimidating at all, everyone is super nice and helpful. The instructors really pay attention and help you. I've gone from dreading the notion of working out, to actually looking forward to my weekly workouts! Thank you AW crew.
Love this gym! I have been coming here for a few years and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to write a review! Robbi and the AW Trainers are amazing. They are motivational, fun and knowledgeable. The workouts are never the same and are consistently challenging. AW also communicates the ever changing COVID a guidelines to its members and focuses on making sure everyone is staying healthy and safe. Highly, highly recommend this local gym.
