We were in a bind and needed a contractor to come look at our foundation quickly. Called about 15-20 different places, some didn’t answer, some never called back, and some weren’t able to do the task we were needing. Our realtor got us in touch with Josh- who at the very least answered his phone, but then was able to get out to our house and give us a reasonable quote very quickly! Thanks again!

We had a great experience with Advanced Waterproofing! Josh was very prompt in communicating and site visit/estimate and then worked on scheduling to align with other work being done. We had under floor insulation, expanded foam penetration sealing, pipe wrapping, concrete crack filling and plates, foundation pier replacement and improvements, AND 10mil vapor barrier. I appreciate the fact that Josh answered my calls and texts and completed 2 jobs that no or contractors wanted to do. Advance water proofing we're prompt, courteous and completed my jobs in a timely manner. They were professional and did nice work.

Was able to fix my shower, and floor rot as well as some pipe issues, and didn't hesitate to come back free of charge to complete the job after some new things came up.
