1978 was the first year I dealt with Advanced Water Treatment and I've been with them ever since because they are honest, fair and professional. Back then I had water with lots of hardness -\-\- Dennis (the founder of AWT and Brad's dad) fixed that for me with a great softener specific to my kind of hand-driven shallow well that produced hard water at low volume. My husband and I contacted Advanced Water Treatment when our water softener wasn't working. The technician came within a day and diagnosed the problem. The owner came back and installed a rebuild and timer assembly for us. We were so pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of this company. Very cost effective and excellent service. I started using Advanced Water in the 70's when I lived outside of Howell. When I moved to Northville Township in 1984, they came along and got everything set up. Their service is excellent and I trust them completely!

This company has exceeded my expectations every time. Had a new water system installed this summer shortly after we had to replace the well head and pump. The product does everything they said it would and service was first rate. So today, we had a water pipe connection that failed and began to spew water all over the basement.
