BEWARE, stay away from Tim Walker! I paid $1000 for a water softener and Tim came to install it. 2 months later the salt bin started leaking and it took Tim several weeks to come and replace. 6 months later I woke up to water flooding my garage, one of the pipe fittings broke and was spraying water all over my garage for hours. I called Tim and he said he was busy and couldn’t come for several days. I ended up having to call a plumber to fix because we needed water. I've been with them for 15 years and I am very happy with everything. I have a water filter under my sink and never need to buy water. And the softener works great! I highly recommend them. I am in Seminole.
I am really upset that I have to leave this kind of message. I initially had a very good impression of Ron. However, last May, my water softener was broken, and I called many many times for repair. I thought he was very busy and he could not make it. But seeing many reviews that he's not been good with honoring warranty, I feel helpless.
Ron and advance water services was good at the beginning , but now the company is no good will not fix anything and I have been wating 9 months for a response and still none. I call over and over again.I pay by the month for water services. I stopped paying in september. This company is no good.
