We were extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the eye exam that my Dad had with Dr. Ingrid Lorenzana. She and her staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we understood my dad's eye conditions, ways to increase his ocular health and all the necessary next steps. We highly recommend her!
Dr. L and her team are welcoming, warm, amazing, thoughtful, and thorough! I just started going a few weeks ago post-trauma and have been getting lots of advice, explanations, therapy, and support. Sure the costs are mostly out of pocket, but in general insurance is a scam and the only real services you get something out of are mostly NOT covered! I have trusted Dr. Lorenzana with my eyes ever since I was a child. Not only has she seen my eyes through its changes, but myself as well. Every visit has always been consistent in me receiving the best care, and my thoughts/concerns have always been heard before proceeding with anything else. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lorenzana for all patients, as she along with her staff are dedicated to the quality care of their patients.
I have been with DR L for about 25 years. She is always fun to see. She is anazing and caring person. She listens to all my exploits with my grandchildren, work and just life. All fun aside I have an unusual eye condition since birth. With all that she does she helped me to see good enough to maintain a daytime drivers license. She always has updated equipment to give the finest care available. If you are searching for an eye Dr at the very least come here and meet her and her staff. You will feel welcome and relaxed. 👍
Thank you to Dr. Ingryd Lorenzana and her team, they have been so friendly and helpful. This institute has been so helpful identifying my son's (4 year old) vision difficulty, and I didn't realize how much of brain development is through the eyes until I learned from Dr.Lorenzana. Immediately you can see how professional and knowledgeable she is. My son really enjoys wearing his glasses and his mood changed immediately after starting to use them, I'm so grateful!
