I am a new patient with Advanced Vision and have found them to be very competent and friendly. It is really difficult to believe your comments.
This eye clinic is worthless!! The staff is extremely rude and refuses to help the patients. And, this is coming from a non-patient who went with a friend who WAS a patient. I would never be a patient of this clinic and would urge anyone not to use them. Also, beware if you ask for a referral for LASIK surgery - the doctor will not give it based on someone being in their 40s and the fact theyd have to still wear reading glasses - even though I personally work with people who had LASIK in their mid-40s, and were still allowed... read more
Weve been going here for years. The staff is great and very personable. They recently changed ownership and I really like the new doctor.
This doctor worked with us when we didnt have insurance, and the prices for frames and lenses were reasonable. The office was clean and well decorated. They have a wide selection of frames, and the staff has always been nice and helpful. When we later had vision insurance, we choose to use Dr. Bartletts office. It was still cheaper to go there, than to use a covered provider.
