I have to agree with the Kevin Beckham review. I have been going to this vet for years. Dr converse was attentive and very kind to my dogs. Not sure what happened! They have become uncaring and the communication is terrible. You call to ask a question and the doctor is always busy or in surgery. The receptionist or whomever answers the phone will say the doctor will call back. I would say more often than not it doesn’t happen. This veterinary office is definitely the best one I have ever been to. They are knowledgeable, kind, don’t over treat, and keep their prices fair. The entire team has always been so sweet to me and my dogs and Dr. Jaynes has always made me feel confident in the treatment decisions made. If you’re in search of a vet, definitely come to this office!
Dr. Converse is hands down the best vet we’ve ever experienced. He’s cared for all of our dogs since they were puppies. He truly cares about animals, researching their specific breeds and issues and knows how to help them in the best way possible. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. C and this practice, I tell literally everyone I know with an animal to go here!!!! Thanks for always taking care of us!
Here’s the bad review, my dog is sick. My wife and I are at work today. Trying to get him somewhere first thing tomorrow or knowing we may need to take him to an urgent care tonight. Tomorrow is a surgery day so they won’t see him, they’ll put it on the board for the docs and they may take the time. WOW, the second phone girl was super insensitive to my time and needs. We had a great experience with the care provided here. Thank you Dr. Jaynes and the wonderful staff for taking the time and helping us with all the paperwork and necessary tests/appts so that we can fly our sweet Luna with us as we are moving to Hawaii. It's an intimidating and time sensitive process to go through, but Dr. Jaynes and her team made it feel so easy. They were patient, knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of reassurance. We had everything we needed for a smooth arrival. Thank you!
