They are so compassionate and caring. They have come to our home to do vaccinations on our large dogs who are afraid of cars. They have worked with us through the process of getting our male there for neutering, which may not seem like a big deal, but it was. When my beloved dog died at our home and I was too distraught to be able to bring him in, Dr Ishmael even came to our home to help and took him back with her to have his remains cremated. Very caring experienced staff and Brittany is such an excellent Vet! They will do everything possible to make your pets experience as wonderful as possible.
Our beloved horse went off his feed and seemed off. On Sunday morning I called and talked to Dr. Ishmael and she wanted to see him. It has turned into an emotionally exhausting and medically confusing journey that is still continuing as I type. The situation is only tolerable because of the care and compassion provided by Dr. Ishmael, Darren and Emily. We have used the same vet for many years. Our weenie puppy suddenly got very sick about a year ago, they took her right in on a weekend and treated her very well. We now take all of our pets there. We had to make the hard decision to say good bye to one of our fur babies and they where AMAZING! They came to our home on short notice and treated us all with such care and compassion. We will never go to any other vet from here out!
