Dr Lai made me feel very confident in his assessment of my heart condition. He was thorough and shared information that other Dr’s have not shared. I look forward to being treated by him again.
I did not have a good experience at this clinic until I saw Dr. Lai. He was kind, patient, efficient and very knowledgeable! He actually listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I had a great visit and feel safe and comfortable in his care. I highly recommend. Grateful to finally have a cardiologist I trust.
My in-laws have been under Dr. Lai's care for several years. I have attended several appointments and procedures with him and his office. Everyone there, especially Dr. Lai, are thorough, helpful, friendly, caring, take their time, answer questions and are extremely solicitous of my elderly in-laws. They actually seem to care, unlike some other medical professionals we have dealt with. I would recommend Dr. Lai without reservation.
