Very unhappy with the phone call that I just had about my mother’s medication. We had called to ask if she could stop a specific medication because she was feeling very dizzy while on it. While waiting for an answer from the phone nurse she forgot to put on us on hold then was discussing it with another nurse/doctor about her and whoever she was discussing it with said in a very rude tone that “this is bullshit and that she hasn’t even seen her!” meaning my mom.
