My late husband Graeme and myself have been patients of Dr Puckridge for many years. He is a genius with a great bedside manner. Easy on the eye 👁️ too. 😂😂 seriously best vascular surgeon in town. Awesome staff as well
While Dr. Puckridge was well-mannered and presumably a competent surgeon, my experience with the administrative staff at the Advanced Vascular Clinic was far from satisfactory. The two women at the front desk were not only incompetent but also profoundly unempathetic. Despite repeatedly informing them of my regional location and FIFO (fly-in-fly-out) work schedule, my concerns were consistently dismissed with patronizing remarks like, “My husband works away, so it is not an issue,” among other absurd comments. The reception staff were lovely and helpful and Dr Sharong Hong was delightful and thorough in her review of my mum. Very clear easy to understand explanations given in layman's terms. Would highly recommend.
