Working with Greg was fantastic and he sticks with his word. We ordered products from Greg and he told us the overall cost. When he went to ship the products the shipping was over twice the anticipated cost which equated to $216 more than he expected. He went ahead and honored the price he originally quoted us. Greg was my third referral when my water filtration system failed and the first service person who came with reasonable offers solid information and helpful input. The other two wanted to upsell product, services, memberships, etc. thank you Greg for being so helpful and a job very well done. I highly recommend this company.
