I have tried calling this office several times in regards to a surgery and the extream pain i have from a kidney stone. No one answers the phones and no one calls you back. This makes me nervous for my surgery because it's so hard to get ahold of someone. The only person I did was Jill who was a night answering service and she answered at 4:45 when the office doesn't close until 5. I am not impressed by the lack of communication or the lack of willingness to just call someone back when they have a problem or even a question.... read more
Like most, I have to give an unsatisfactory review. It is absolutely impossible to get any follow up from staff or the providers after being seen. I had labs drawn in the office on a Monday and was told the Dr would call me on Friday. Two weeks have passed and no call back. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone, Ive emailed and left voicemails and still no follow up. My husband saw Dr.Ovadia. Besides taking a long time to see the Doctor the first time, followup appts easier to get. The office is clean and the front office and back office personnel are kind. The wait time was less than 5 min. To be called back. The Doctor was flexible with my husband as far as seeing another patient first in order to give my husband time to get on the table.
