This place should be reported to police or some authority that can take this place down along with their doctors, and all other staff. This shouldn’t exist in America or anywhere else. Absolutely rude, careless people. Been trying to get an appointment for 3 months now. They have some other agency that answers when you call them but they wont set up an appointment with you. I was trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the hang up the phone on me and block me this way I cannot call again .very rude
Worst place ever. Unprofessional, rude, and no customer service at all. The front office lady named Stephanie had serious attitude problems before I even talked with her. Then she told me they couldn't see me anymore because I was late due to traffic. They then could only reschedule me for a whole month out. Terrible service and they said they didn't have to state showing up late on any paper work.
