The GOOD: Dr Healy seems to be a wonderful professional with specialized expertise in urology, but he was hindered from providing the best care for the patient by a horrible telephone road block and a proud yet unproductive assistant. After diagnosing my issue and prescribing a drug regime to aid in improving the issue, he turned it over to the assistant to coordinate with the pharmacy and the insurance company to get me started on the regime.
