GREAT DOCTOR! He is very friendly and so very knowledgeable about kidney stones for sure . He is great and talking to you and not at you. He explains things so you can understand it.

Avoid Advanced Urology if you possibly can! The doctors are fine but the office and billing practices are horrible. If you value your financial health, stay away from this practice!

I had Planned Biopsy at Advanced Urology at Johns Creek, GA. Since PSA was high in 2019 and it went down and now again how in 2023 so , they asked me to do biopsy. They estimated cost of it as 422 $. So I agreed on doing biopsy. When I went for Biopsy Billing representative told me that Esitated Cost given to me by them was low and my final cost may higher. In my opinion based on my experience with the Snellville location is to avoid this provider. The last 4 of 6 interactions with the Front desk staff in the last 6 months have been made unnecessarily stressful by failures to pay attention to simple but important tasks. 1.) Would not pass a Rx question to the doctor via the patient portal. Was running out of meds 3 weeks prior to an appointment. Needed to know if refill was needed or stop until appointment? I was with another Urology practice for years.My old Urlogist had been pushing me to have a TURP. I felt it was not right for me but he was really pushing. I decided to get a second opinion and WOW! Am I ever a blessed and happy that I did. Dr Ostrowski was the Doctor I went to for this second opinion. My NIGHTMARE started 5 years ago when I went for a visit with a UTI. Ended up with 3 years of bleeding, incontinence and more UTI's. Dr. Mally talked me into a procedure called Rezum with promises that I would never had any more issues with UTIs and frequent urinating. My prostate was 80mg in size. Too oversized for the procedure.
