Dr. Stein has provided me with good and thorough care over my past 3 visits. The staff is very nice. The new office seems to have longer waits, I waited 25 minutes today just to be admitted, I think it's because the login process into the systems takes longer at the new location. The wait time is the only thing I would change.
Dr. Stein listened and answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand.
Dr Stein has been helping me for years to manage my interstitial cystitis, he’s helped me find a medication that controls my symptoms well. He’s also just a kind and caring doctor.
Always a professional air of competence. Staff always upbeat and knowledgeable. Dr.Stein is always professional and direct in explanation of issues.

This was an introductory appointment for my elderly husband. We were seeking excellent care closer to home in downtown Manhattan. Dr. Stein's interview and exam was warm, respectful and thorough. We both felt that we were in good hands.
