I felt very comfortable and understood.
This was an introductory appointment for my elderly husband. We were seeking excellent care closer to home in downtown Manhattan. Dr. Stein's interview and exam was warm, respectful and thorough. We both felt that we were in good hands.
The level of professionalism by the staff, and the expertise of Dr Stein make any visit a smooth process.

Dr Stein is very thorough, and fantastic at explaining the procedures being done, as well as the outcomes and next steps. He took his time with me and was empathetic. Similarly, the rest of his staff is top notch and oriented toward excellent patient care.
This was a follow-up appointment scheduled because of an earlier missed appointment.
Dr. Stein is always attentive to any concerns I might have and answers my questions in a clear and straightforward manner.
Dr Stein was professional but warm and human. He explained my situation so i understood why he was recommending the tests he prescribed.
He takes the time to explain issues and alternatives so that you understand and can make informed decisions.
