I was on time for my appointment. Prior to my visit, I spent 30 minutes completing all the required forms online. When I arrived at the office, I was told that I should have arrived 30 minutes earlier. After completing additional forms, I was then told that my appointment was canceled and that I would have to reschedule.The receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
