I was late regrettably by 15 min.for my appointment and no one in the office(Receptionist ,Nurse nor Dr.Handler) made me feel uncomfortable.Dr.Handler listened to my concerns about which I was very stressed and she addressed everything ,providing me with the reassurance and plan I was needing.She was absolutely wonderful.
