Awful, awful, awful. I tried to make an appt. for my mother for f/u hospitalization discharge and I was told someone would get back to me. When Advanced Urology finally called back in the afternoon, I grabbed the phone as soon as it rang when I saw that it was Advanced Urology -- there was no one on the line. I waited a few minutes expecting that whoever called would call again and when they didn't I called them.
