I would look elsewhere if I were you. I waited for over two months as a new patient but not abnormal, however after filling out all the new patient paperwork beforehand I was asked to fill it ALL out again. After completing the paperwork a second time I waited in the lobby for more than two hours. After the long wait the receptionist advised me that they did not take my insurance and if I wanted to be seen it would be $300 cash. WARNING!!!!!! Save your health and time and go somewhere else PLEASE PLEASE. The office “staff” is just terrible, IF you are ever able to get ahold of them! They refuse service, ignore you, let you suffer, as long as they are getting paid that’s all they care about! Not to mention “assistant “ waleed how is he even there, I thought it was a prank once he told my sister she was pretty much lying about having cyst on her kidney and how that’s not a thing, he literally bet her whole weed stash that she didn’t! I see the prior review about NEVER getting a return call after MANY attempts to reach them! I was referred to them late March/early April. I have an urgent need to see them which was expressed and not so much as a SINGLE effort to return my calls! This seems to be a common theme amongst many healthcare providers that IF they do return your call their office manager or medical receptionists are HORRIBLY RUDE!
