Well pleased with the care and concern the professional staff and office staff provided.
The front desk/insurance folks could really benefit in some training on how to read insurance cards. They tried to charge me $400+ for my visit when it’s a $30 copay which is clear on my insurance card that I had to point out to them. Everyone else was great! Lauren Goring was the PA I saw and she was great and explained everything to me so I could understand it. The lab people were great also. If it weren’t for the receptionist and insurance people this would have been a 5 star experience.
I really feel comfortable when I am listening to Sarah explain my labs. I feel that I can open up and have a conversation about anything with her. She gets into details that give me the ability to understand and relate to my health concerns.
First visit was just ok. We decided to give him a 2nd chance and this visit was much worse than the first visit. Bedside manner is terrible. He didn’t listen to what we wanted to get across to him and he argued with us. Felt he didn’t trust what we were saying, and was argumentative. He accused us of being argumentative , and after two back and forths we decided to leave. He has no knowledge of my autoimmune disease and how it affects my care, and showed no interest.
