Dr Chaparal is the best. I Just had an in office procedure done. All went according to plan. His office staff was very welcoming and explained everything from start to finish. This Doctor isn't stuck up He's very approachable and took his time with each visit.
This place is unreal I would not recommend going here they do not communicate well an they cost you money an time. I drove over a hour to get a procedure done just for them to send me back home they told me one thing when I was there then call me a couple days later with something different. I suspect bladder cancer an they keep making excuses up to not do what needs to be done so if I find out I have cancer an some things could have been prevented by them seeing me earlier I'm talking to a lawyer cause this is ridiculously ... read more
I don’t post a lot, but from day 1 when I walked into Advanced Urology, Kat made me feel that I was I in the right place and months later, I can say see was right. I have seen Dr Farber on each of my visits, the PA may be with him, but I don’t feel like the PA is MY Physician. This means a lot to me. I enjoy going to this office. Thanks, TEAM ADVANCED.
There was an error in scheduling my procedure. Once they realized they made a mistake EVERYONE went out of their way to make it correct. From my first visit, which was at the Braselton location, to my current visit which was at the Johns Creek Surgery Center, everyone I encountered was just amazing. Just a special mention to the ones that I feel went above and beyond: Cat at the front desk in Braselton, Bobby the MA in Braselton and Jennifer the Clinic Manager. From the moment I entered the door my experience was amazing. Everyone at this office is friendly, courteous and respectful. Dr. Chaparala actually listened to my concerns and was not dismissive, he took the time to explain things and made sure I understood it did not feel like he was rushed. Highly recommend Dr. Chaparala and the staff at the Braselton location.
