There was an error in scheduling my procedure. Once they realized they made a mistake EVERYONE went out of their way to make it correct. From my first visit, which was at the Braselton location, to my current visit which was at the Johns Creek Surgery Center, everyone I encountered was just amazing. From the moment I entered the door my experience was amazing. Everyone at this office is friendly, courteous and respectful. Dr. Chaparala actually listened to my concerns and was not dismissive, he took the time to explain things and made sure I understood it did not feel like he was rushed. Highly recommend Dr. Chaparala and the staff at the Braselton location.
The office staff are incompetent! I was forgotten in the lobby even after going to the desk several times. 1 1/2 hour wait and I had just been discharged from hospital, and was really sick. They also failed to fax my prescriptions in.. They only were concerned about getting a payment, the desk clerk wouldn't even give eye contact or an apology. The front desk staff are the sweetest..especially Kat!! Seriously nice to walk into your appointment to a friendly face. The MA’s are wonderful. Now, Dr. Chaparala is seriously the best! He genuinely cares about you and your health & makes sure to explain everything to you. I can’t say enough good things about this practice and all the staff! 🩷
