The patient advocate, Jeneen Rockhold, is impossible to get in touch with. She just chooses not to return calls or emails is all I can conclude. Because of this she just gets paid to not do her job while patients have no actual advocate.

I am writing this because Callie has a real issue with making assumptions instead of either being honest or finding out what you asked. I tried talking to the patient advocate actually during my horrific visit; she is out until December 29th with nobody taking over her duties. I see no reason to bother to follow up with that. You know you were wrong for dismissing my pain when my body was actively rejecting a ureteral stent. Sorry for hurting your ego, but sometimes you have to listen to your patients!
