Friday was my first time visiting this urgent care and I was impressed on how fast and attentive they were (closer to closing time). Unfortunately the medication provided by the Physician Assistant gave me an allergic reaction. I asked if I could go in to advise the doctor but the receptionist stated I'd have to pay my co-pay again. The receptionist didn't even seem to care, truly felt like patients are just transactions. Not much of help, doctor and nurse did the minimum and rushed me out. Won’t be coming back here again. If you are looking for an urgent care where the doctor and nurse care about you, do yourself a favor and don’t come here. The front office ladies are very pleasant.
This is the best and easiest to access care in Cameron County. It’s easier to come here than to see my “regular” doctor. We come here for most things and the staff is lovely and knowledgeable.
We had such amazing care here; my mum was thoroughly taken care of including follow up. The whole experience was great and I will definitely come back for any future care needs.
Excellent doctor Mr. Edgar garcia is awsome super friendly and very helpful. My daughter had her blood taken and right away they gave us the results Thank you .Mr. Garcia is also going to offer a plan for people that don't have insurance. So people can come and see him
