Not enough doctors on staff to handle patient care. I have always waited more than 2 hours to see a doctor. Currently waiting to see if my son needs stitches, it’s already been 2 1/2 hours. They have nurses and receptionist sitting around with nothing to do but no doctors to be found.
The wait time at this location is awful. I waited over 5 hours to be seen. I am never signing for fo this insurance ever again. I am going back to carefirst so that I can go to any urgent care I want. My god, KP better expand your urgent care center or network, this is awful!!!!!
URGENT CARE?! I was told that the wait is 2 hours and it's 6. No reason the waiting room is damn near empty. Apprently you have doctors in URGENT CARE that have appointments?! I just paid a 50 dollar copay NOT TO GET SEEN. That I now can't get back. If I wanted to wait 6 hours I'd go to the freaking ER. How about you go to patient first URGENT CARE and see how long it takes for you to get back to see a doctor who for some odd reason can manage patients and walk-ins within ... idk ... 3 hours. Waited 5 hours to see a doctor service was ok but damn the wait time if you pain better call 911 don't come here.
