Do not go to Kaiser Woodbridge Urgent Care...9 hour wait...go to Kaiser Tysons Urgent Care they are way more professional and thorough. Woodbridge has amazing nurses, NPs and PAs but, the doctors are contracted or training the absolute WORST. Patient care is ignored. Just terrible.

We always have a good experience here with scheduled appointments and urgent care visits. Pediatrics dept is very friendly, pharmacy is fast and the facilities are updated and nice. Big improvements from it's previous location.

Hello,I am thirteen years old and I went to this place with my mom because my rib was hurting, and it was hard for me to breath. We checked in and soon I got called. The nurse who was checking me said she needs to ask the doctor if I will need an xray.The doctor said yes,so they sent us to wait for an xray. 40-45 minutes had gone by and my name was still not on the screen.My mom went to talk to the receptionist and she completely ignored her and continued to talk to someone else who showed up AFTER she came. We had good luck previously, it used to be quick in and out. Now it’s taking 2 to 3 hours per visit. Wastes of time. Especially when you come with little ones that really get desperate to leave.
