Horrible customer service and very lazy staff. They refuse to help in person for some reason telling me they cannot make an appointment. So I've been calling for a while to schedule an appointment for my senior father and they just refuse to help in any way. Then after waiting more than 15-20 minutes for someone to pick up the line, they act like they can't hear me or just tell me I need to reach another department. I genuinely don't understand how this terrible company is still in business.

Care is good maybe they are not professional why would you refer someone who doesnot need emergency visit to emergency at INOVA children hospital after going to INOVA they said there is no need to bring in emergency but we got lots of bill for ambulance and emergency visit.?

If only I could leave 0 stars… I brought my toddler to be seen and we waited 2 hours in the waiting area and another 30 minutes in the room with the doctor being a no show. My daughter vomited 4 times while waiting!!! When we checked in, the nurse said the doctor had one more patient and then it was our turn. After waiting for 2 hours during which time I counted 8 people arriving after us but were taken inside. Then, someone came out and “promised” us we were next and then another person got called in. My recent visit to this urgent care was disappointing. First of all, the woman at the front desk left a lot to be desired. She came across as rude and unfriendly, and she made no effort to hide it. Instead of helping patients feel supported or informed, her attitude added unnecessary stress to an already uncomfortable situation. As for the visit itself, “urgent” was the last thing it felt like.
