I have been a member of Kaiser Permante for over 35 years. My family has always received excellent care. We have been guided through type one diabetes, quadruple bypass surgery, hospitalizations, and my husband's hospice care. Kaiser's doctors, nurses, and staff have always been knowledgeable and pleasant. I know this review sounds too good to be true but it is. Patients have to be considerate and forthright. It is our health that is important and Kaiser Permante knows and cares. Melissa Poore

Totally disgusting. My son is in severe tooth pain — it was 10 out of 10. Even the nurse could see how much pain he was in. I felt hopeful when they said they would call us shortly, but their “shortly” turned into one hour, while my 10-year-old child was crying the entire time with no call. There seems to be no priority system at all, which is extremely disappointing. To make things worse, the service at Kaiser urgent care has been very poor.

Horrible customer service and very lazy staff. They refuse to help in person for some reason telling me they cannot make an appointment. So I've been calling for a while to schedule an appointment for my senior father and they just refuse to help in any way. Then after waiting more than 15-20 minutes for someone to pick up the line, they act like they can't hear me or just tell me I need to reach another department. I genuinely don't understand how this terrible company is still in business.
