Patients that need urgent care should seriously reconsider going to this facility. I brought my husband to this facility early Sunday morning to beat the crowds. He had influenza and had been vomiting for 5 days and was dehydrated and running a fever. I arrived along with 3 other patients all waiting for the doors to open, standing outside in line in the cold. This is a poor excuse for a medical facility. I don't believe that the employees at this facility are even in the medical field. I went to urgent care for my 2 year old and we waited there for 3 1/2 hours and then doctor brought us in and gave my son fluids and a shot that isn't even administered anymore which I later found out from my pediatrician. My son was also prescribed medication that came in pill form and I researched it online and asked my pediatrician and found put that he is not suppose to even take this medicatio... read more
I came here today in horrendous pain from having 4 wisdom teeth extracted nearly a week ago. A Dr. Cruz saw me for about 2-3 min., practically laughed at my condition, and then prescribed me the exact medication that I told him and his physician's assistant was not working whatsoever. I urge you to go anywhere else but here.
I had been feeling bad all weekend and decided to go in for a visit on Monday. Saw a PA who told me I probably had just a stomach virus. Gave me a prescription for some meds and a lab request. Did the Lab on Tuesday, still feeling bad. Tried to reach the PA on Thursday three times and was given voicemail, no return call. Friday, still feeling bad, went to another Doctor for help.
