We would like to thank Leonard and the fantastic service team for their honest evaluation for our car concern. Even-though the loud noise we were hearing did not present during our inspection, they made every attempt to locate it and were more than fair and honest with our course of action. They explained in detail what is recommended to fix without pressure. I truly thank them for continually updating and calling during this process. Their customer service was wonderful!!!

We have a 2010 Lexus RX 350 and it has been a very reliable second car for many years. The transmission started to go out in mid 2025. We brought the car to Lexus and one other mechanic shop prior to taking it to Advanced Transmission for the third and final inspection.
