We were recommended to go here by another mechanic. ATC changed the transmission fluid in our car a couple of months ago. The service was great! I recommend these guys. It seems like they know what they’re doing and genuinely care about providing great service. Not crazy expensive also, very reasonable price.
Leonard and his team were wonderful! I dropped my car off on Thursday, was told I likely wouldn't have it back until the following Wednesday. Surprisingly, they had the parts needed in house so I was able to pick it up on Friday meaning I was only out of a vehicle for one day! Thank you all so much for your sense of urgency and fantastic customer service! Y'all are the best!!
Great mechanic! They did a free thorough inspection of my car and provided a detailed online estimate. They took time to describe my car’s issues, and I didn’t feel any pressure to move forward with repairs until I felt ready. I highly recommend them!!!
We would like to thank Leonard and the fantastic service team for their honest evaluation for our car concern. Even-though the loud noise we were hearing did not present during our inspection, they made every attempt to locate it and were more than fair and honest with our course of action. They explained in detail what is recommended to fix without pressure. I truly thank them for continually updating and calling during this process. Their customer service was wonderful!!!
Absolutely amazing working with these guys. From the very first phone call I had with them I was sold and refused to go anywhere else. I dropped it off on a Friday and by the following Wednesday I got a phone call that they managed to work and fight hard with the warranty to get the work approved and they succeeded with that. They have been very formal and helpful every step of the way. The keep me informed with everything and sent me everything they were sending the warranty company. Great and very easy to work with.
