Leonard and his team were wonderful! I dropped my car off on Thursday, was told I likely wouldn't have it back until the following Wednesday. Surprisingly, they had the parts needed in house so I was able to pick it up on Friday meaning I was only out of a vehicle for one day! Thank you all so much for your sense of urgency and fantastic customer service! Y'all are the best!!
Advanced Transmission got me in within 48 hours and were helpful and friendly throughout. Prior to doing any work they shared the findings of their complementary inspection and shared the estimate (all via text which was convenient to be able to read it all on my own). Leonard was my go to at the shop and stayed in contact throughout the day. I’d definitely come back here for future services.
Excellent customer service & top notch experience! Tom kept me well informed. They even found & remedied a minor unrelated item that could have potentially become a big problem free of charge! Good old fashioned customer service and reputable honesty. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing working with these guys. From the very first phone call I had with them I was sold and refused to go anywhere else. I dropped it off on a Friday and by the following Wednesday I got a phone call that they managed to work and fight hard with the warranty to get the work approved and they succeeded with that.
