Words can't express what Brent Steepe has done for me at Advanced Training Techniques. Just over two years ago I could barely walk across the room I was in so much pain, I thought I would never play volleyball again. Today, not only can I walk, but I can run, jump, play sports and do things with my body I couldn't do 20 years ago, with little or no pain at all. As I continue to stick to his program I continually get stronger. Thank you so much, you have changed my life.
