ATR in O’Fallon was recommended to me by my podiatrist for flat feet and plantar fasciitis in both feet. After about three months of treatment, I noticed significant improvement. My final session was in the last week of April, and the therapy truly paid off. I continue doing the recommended exercises at home and now have only minimal issues. Big thanks to Ryan and his team, especially Joshua and Paige, for pushing me to get the most out of every visit.
Ryan is extremely positive, genuinely passionate to your healing & professional. He & the staff are very educated, friendly & collectively all care for each patient. After my 1st therapy I did not need knee surgery & now he’s treating a shoulder tear & in a short time I am feeling so much better. I have been to many PT facilities & this one ranks at the top. Absolutely the best physical therapy team you could ever ask for! When I first started at Advanced Training and Rehab in Monticello, O'Fallon, I couldn't even walk. I had been in an accident that left me with five surgeries, six screws, and over two months of keeping my foot elevated. I went to this location back in 2018 and it was a good experience. However, the experience I had this time was completely different. I came in for plantar fasciitis. The physical therapist that was assigned to me deep tissue massaged my feet and it was very apparent that it was painful. The physical therapist said that I could call him names.
