I took my car in for service on 9/2/17, (Arlington) and Bill worked on it, he was very knowledgeable and very nice, then the manager, Neil Gregory came over and went over things with me about my car, he was very helpful, and explained everything so that I actually understood what he was talking about. He told me some things that my car needed but he was not pushy and I really felt he was being very honest. He was professional, yet very approachable.
