A big shoutout to Mark for his hospitality during my visit to get an emissions test done. He got me in and out in about 20 minutes right after they opened. The rest of the guys who work here are really transparent with the operations going on. If you need emissions done without hassle this is a good place, be sure to get here when they open if you are needing one quickly.

They did a good job, explained what my vehicle needed and got the job done. Downside, took over an hour to get service. I was visiting from out of town, had experienced great fast service in my hometown that I didn’t doubt to stop by thinking I would get the same service here. I’m not complaining about the employees but they are understaffed.

Service was horrible, I waited an hour to finally get to the front of the line. When finally getting up there, the whole crew decided to talk about their life plans, when they want to take off work, why the girl didn’t get anything for her birthday last year, and how another young man could be out in the sun all day and not tan. Not to mention the customer service was horrible, the young man who took my payment basically threw my receipt at me after presenting it to me like I was the problem. Need to be up front about your price. Especially when I called the call center before driving out there. They quote me a price 65 dollars including tax then I get there and they tell me 100. I talk the gentleman in the front and he said sorry for the inconvenience the best I can do is 75. I said ok. Call center need to communicate with the shops.
