At 8 in the morning I was in my truck in the bay for about 30 minutes only for an oil change. The guy William, store 501, told me I needed a new oil plug (false), then left my cover to my oil plug panel unsecured under my truck. After more than 20 minutes of being under my truck William comes out of the side office door and apologizes to me saying he used the restroom and needed a new shirt that’s why it took him a long time… Unbelievable! Very good experience, very friendly workers
Used to enjoy coming here. Won’t ever again. Lot’s of inexperienced workers and the wait times are often insane. Waited an hour for my car to get inspected and “fail” because the technician performed the test incorrectly.
Take 5 is best known for quick oil changes/services usually 5-10 minutes. I was waiting nearly 2 hours. The unorganized and childish staff made the experience miserable. The unprofessionalism from the staff is ridiculous, one staff member I believe his name was Ryan was vaping in front of customers, swearing out loud, and trying to sell his car to other customers.
