Beyond being unsatisfied with the service, I got there at 12:30, and at 2:42, they told me the machine was down and they couldn’t do my state inspection after I had already paid. The poor kid helping me was sweating bullets because he had a line of people who waited equally as long, and that wasted most of their Saturday. also when I asked for a refund, they just came back a different day
They did a great job. I’ll definitely go back for servicing.
We were scammed into a coolant flush that was not needed.
