I went in for an oil change because my car said it was due, despite my having recently had an oil change done. I was helped by a female tech with blonde-ish hair, on the Ft. worth hwy location who was fantastic. She quickly helped me diagnose my issue-(I forgot to reset the oil life) but she went above and beyond to accommodate me and even went ahead and did a once over on all my fluids and topped me off. She explained how to prevent future issues from coming up and made me NOT feel like a moron for not having thought of it.... read more
Fast, Transparent, Quality, and Friendly. Absolutely the best service and the fastest oil change I've ever had. They showed me my old filters before getting me new ones. Absolutely the best service. Madelyn runs a tight crew. Everyone was friendly and Madelyn went above and beyond by helping me with my steering fluid which they didn't carry but she told me where to get it and to come back and she'd fill it for me.
I went in and had a Guy named Tyler start helping me. When I asked for help he stepped up to the plate, then He had to ask his manager, Jacob, for help too. Great team work and understanding. Longer wait then I had expected, but I was well taken care of. Thank you guys!
