Worst carwash ever. Yesterday they tore of my hubcap from my F350. They say it's not to be found and are not responsible. DON'T GO THERE, THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND WON'T DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT IT, NOT EVEN REFUND YOUR MONEY. !!!!!!!!!

These guys are not just trained at providing fast oil changes, they seem to be expert car mechanics. What had happened was... I got my oil changed at another shop, but they overtightened the cap for my oil filter. When I took it back, they said they couldn’t get it off. 3 more shops later (including the service center of my dealership!), no one was able to remove it. In fact, I was quoted almost $700 at these shops because they said they would have to break and replace the housing in order to get the cap unstuck. My husband ... read more
My paint now looks like I've used my kitchen sponge to scrub my car. It's covered in swirl marks from incompetent workers after going in for a full service. Save your money and wash your car yourself.
Like others have already stated and I've also experienced myself, the guy that does the vehicle inspections is hardly ever there. I called this morning when they opened and asked when he was coming in, so I can get a utility trailer inspection. I'm told he comes in at 10:00. OK, no problem. I go in at 10:30 and ask if he's there. He's not and the guy tells me he doesn't come in until between 11:00 and noon. Also, they don't do trailer inspections either, he tells me. Damage my Lexus!!! I took my car for car wash last Saturday, got the expensive one, tip them, didn’t even remove all the dirt in my car and on top of that when I got home there was a damage underneath the front bumper of my car. Never again will use this place!
I needed an oil change and an a/c filter replacement just before making a trip and went to Kwik Kar OIl and Lube in the late afternoon of 11-27-17) I was very impressed by the prompt, competent, and courteous service that I received.and recommend them highly.
I would rate them at less than 1 star if possible! These clowns put 12 quarts of oil in a Jeep that takes 6 quarts. 88 miles later the engine blows up while my daughter is driving down the interstate. The repair bill is 8,600.00, plus wrecker fees. CLAIM DENIED! Their explanation-she must have added oil after she left their facility. What a joke. I cant do business with people who don't stand behind their work. Beware, it could happen to you and if it does, you are own your own with this company.
