The manager was working with a few other gentlemen working on my oil change the day I stopped in. I guess because I didn't have time to do my own oil change the manager thought I didn't know about cars or the pricing, he assumed he could take full advantage of me. I was told a cabin filter was $50…. As soon as I say something it’s all of a sudden $20….? And the engine filter which was clean was pushed to be replaced as well. I know they sd me I don't need I just had my car radiator service at the dealer a 9 months ago. I asked the question what test they had conducted when the fluid was changed it showed worst then the original test. I questioned why it didn't pass he said because it was hot??!! I'm going back to the dealer on Saturday so they can check it.et u all know what they find out.
