I pulled in at 10:25 with two cars ahead of me. It is now 11:54 and they still have not begun on my vehicle. I was quoted 35 minutes. If I weren't blocked in, I would have left and will never be back. I have been here twice and the fee for the oil change does not include any top off for other fluids such as washer fluid (I have called and asked and apparently it was supposed to be done but in both of those visits, it was not done). Thank you for offering water. Still waiting... Update: started 12:07.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. I took my truck here for an oil change and the mechanic, Edwardo, caused an arc by touching the starter with the oil filter wrench FRYING the ECM, which is the brain of the truck. Now my Truck is paper weight because the ECM for my truck has been discontinued. Take 5 corporate has been useless and I am getting the runaround. NOBODY AT THIS LOCATION OR COMPANY WILL TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR DAMAGING MY TRUCK BEYOND REPAIR. I am a 100% DISABLED VETERAN AND THIS HAS PUT A STRAIN ON MY LIFE... read more
Only two guys were working. They did an excellent job for what they were dealing with. However, I waited in the heat for 2 hours just for an inspection! Definitely need more staff!
