This is my second closing with Advanced Title Insurance. Like last time, we had a smooth closing, our escrow officer Liz came to our home where we could sign all of the paperwork. They made this process super simple! More title companies should operate this way!
I have worked with multiple title companies over the years and for my own personal real estate as well with my clients in Utah, I don’t go anywhere else besides Advanced Title. Laren and his team are by far the best out there. Their speed, attention to detail, and knowledge of how to navigate through Trusts, probate, divorce, deed restrictions, etc. is unmatched. Laren is the go-to guy for anything with title in real estate. I will use him every time. I have absolute trust in him and his team. Highly recommend!
