It is really hard to get ahold of anyone , left voicemails for therapy on my elderly mother, and no one returns the calls , long wait, long recordings at the end it says leave your details we’ll call you back and very disappointing

I was referred to this facility for physical therapy by my primary care physician. While the treatment was satisfactory, I encountered several issues throughout my experience. My assigned therapist informed me she would be on vacation, so I was scheduled with a different therapist during her absence. The day after my session, I was contacted and informed that my driver’s license and medical card had been inadvertently retained.
