Karen was great. I communicated the type of pain I was having and she offered suggestions to try at home to keep the pain at a minimum. Great communication and very friendly. The chair massage was incredible. It was effective for my pain and I felt energized afterwards. I am looking forward to going back for a longer massage soon!
