Very good and honest shop. New ownership here. Very clean shop and good prices . Very nice and spacious waiting area. The test took 10 min . I passed thank you.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. I scheduled an appointment three days in advance, but when I arrived, the shop was closed. No one answered the phone when I tried to reach out, leaving me without any assistance. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
I was referred to Bradley in “Advanced smog check only “ here by on of his friends, and I regret ever trusting this place. I called on Wednesday, and he told me to bring my car in on Saturday. Since my check engine light was on and I had a bad experience in the past with my car breaking down, I avoided driving it for three days—waiting for this appointment.
