My Lennox furnace kept shutting off over the weekend. One company I called told me Lennox were a pain to work on so I decided to find a Lennox specific dealer. I googled Lennox dealers and came across the positive reviews of Advanced Temperature Systems. Mark the technician asked me my model number before coming out and actually brought the correct parts for my furnace that he had in stock. It was fixed the same day that I called him and this is one of the best customer service experiences I've had in awhile.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and has a vast amount of experience with Lennox heating and cooling systems. The gateway area is fortunate to have a professional like Mark in the area. We are greatly relieved to know our furnace is functioning perfectly with a simple and inexpensive service call. We were told our furnace needed more than 1000 dollars in repairs, by another service company, the day before we called Mark.

Had Advanced Temperature work on some ventilation on one of my properties and they had done some work in the past there work never dissapoints.
