Julio came out to look at my ac because it stopped blowing out cool air, it was something simple as the furnace blower capacitor. He explained the issue to me and had the part on hand , we didn’t need a second visit and we appreciated that! We will be calling advanced technical hvac for all of our service needs in the future, thank you Julio!!!

Our rental in Milpitas had a unit that was leaking coolant/refrigerant, so I asked another HVAC company to check it. They told me to replace the unit ASAP, so I scrambled a bit and requested Advanced to check it on short notice. They just fixed it instead, so I felt the repairman was honest because he didn’t suggest changing the unit. That was a better solution, I was pleased with that.
I recently hired Advanced Technical HVAC in Milpitas for a compressor replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous.
