I have a 2009 Ford F150 & my truck was running horrible like it wanted to die on me & jumpy-shaky effect & engine light came on too. Made it to work & told my boss, hey its Friday & what do I do. Went to O Reillys & said misfire on cylinder 4. My boss called Advance Auto, talked to Josh & we took it in. Within 3 to 4 hours, my truck was running like normal. Josh the owner is very rude. He got over $3700.00 from my warranty company. I sent my car there for a diagnostic for an oil leak and my transmission. He stated each inspection is an extra fee after I brought my car because it's still running same way before my transmission went out. He was so rude. Some people never find a mechanic like Advance. We're certainly glad we did. You couldn't ask for a more capable, or honest mechanics. These are men with ability and integrity. They say what they mean & keep their customers in the loop.
